Dexa scans have a tendency to overestimate fat percentages. Whatever the case, don't get too caught up with that. I'd say try doing 1 or 2 refeed days a week. On those days shoot for 4000-4500...

This is just blatant anit-fat propaganda. You literally just said in a post before this one that overall energy intake is what dictates weight loss or gain, not macronutrient distribution.

+1 for what Eric said. Absolutely do not cut. 3 metcons and a long run is still a good bit of cardio. I think you would see good results cutting out one of those metcons, keeping the other 2 under 8...

Read it again. There are squats on day 2 and day 4. On day 2 they are assistant work to the deadlift. On day 4 they are your work sets.
