Looking at your schedule i would strength train Mon/Tues and Thur/Fri during the evening as you need time for it. It can't be rushed.

When you say lifting cycle what do you mean? Anyone can lift for a month but what do you want from that month and within what movements.

Is it strenght, technique, heavy, light.... and so on
