As far as i can see, the inclusion of rice is the only difference between the Okinawan diet and Cordains Paleo diet. They sound very compatible.

most sausage will contain rusk or breadcrumbs.

ask your butcher for some 100% beef sausages. or make your own with some organ meats :)

im not so sure. for a bumper to reduce the effect of impact it needs to be soft enough for it to increase the time of decelleration when it hits the floor.
