Working out from home is what helped it for me, ie not having to care what anyone else thinks I fail or am lifting heaps heavier / lighter than they can.

Also training in the afternoon helped as...

Thats really sad, I remember when it was bustling. Even then, having every single post moderated was a pain.

What do you think happened? JP got bored of moderating or just couldnt be bothered with...

5+ on one set vs 5 shouldn't be affecting you at all. I'd be inclined to question your quality & quantity of each sleep, food, stretching.

Hey Eric - noticed you stopped logging your GSLP workouts on the SV forum. Is that forum is pretty dead now? If I start following GSLP, where should i log it to get some feedback, here? :p

Think of it like this. If you did Deadlifts on Wednesday, you probably have Squat and Bench on Friday, right?

If you want your squat and bench session to go well, you won't do anything to impair...

Sorta depends on what your training experience is. Personally, I started all my lifts at a level I could do the 2x5,1x5+ and get 5,5,10 and progressed alright. Highly recommend reading the books too.

Are you training from home or a commercial gym?
2.5lbs is 1.25lbs a side.
If training from home I'd put some washers or chain on each side, not sure if commercial gym will allow that.
