But for a few of you, I guess no...

Re: who has the best pricing for stall mats or rubber flooring?

If having gaps isn't a problem, then go with stall mats. The problem with stall mats is that they have no quality control when they are cut. Some 4'x6', some are 3'10"x5'10" and so on and so forth. ...

Re: Lifting platform - Are three layers of plywood necessary?

The reason that most of the designs use multiple layers of plywood, besides the obvious which is protection, is so tha the base becomes one solid piece and doesn't seperate. Even if you screw the...

Re: Trying to please the Neighbors

I agree with everyone else, and ignore her. I gave you a design for a platform because I thought that you were in a condo or town house. I had a neighbor like that (holding up sign with a screw and...

Re: Trying to please the Neighbors

Patrick, here's a platform design that is less than 3" and will significantly reduce the sound and shock.

I, too, would like to commend Rogue. Yesterday I received a women's Bruiser Bar for my daughters and we are extremely happy with it and Rogue's service. The shipping was $15 to NC and arrived in...

Re: Barbell help

I just found this online, the CAP bar shipped to site at Walmart for $147, CFF is over $190 shipped for this bar. You absolutely can't go wrong with this bar at that price. It's not anything like...

Re: Barbell help

I have the CAP as well as other bars and it's great for the money. Nice knurling and decent spin on the sleeves. I recommend it in the price range that you are looking at.

Re: Installing Stall Mats

This is true about alot of houses, but I bought stall mats from Tractor Supply that just aren't cut square, or even to the same lengths and widths, but the gaps between them never seem to be more...

Re: Rogue Bar help for a woman

I agree with the Bella bar as the aluminum bars max out quickly. As long as she can handle the weight as noted above. I'm fairly sure that the Bella bar is a standard length bar, or just a few...

Re: CAP barbells

CAP makes a bar , the OB-86B, sold by CFF, that is real nice and a great deal for the money. The rule of thumb is if the bars have a hex bolt on the end of the sleeves, it's a piece of garbage. I...

Thanks for the review ! They are reasonably close to me and I was wondering how their quality was. I'll have to check them out next time I'm down near Charlotte.

Re: Plyo boxes-sizes ?

I like the idea of the slanted boxes to keep my toes from catching, but the three sided box is a great idea and room saver. It's definitely food for thought. Thanks Nicholas.

You want whip in an exercise where the movement starts low and finishes high, such as deadlifts, snatches and c&j's. the springiness or"whip" will help in these movements. "Whip" is a disadvantage...
