when running are you in the pose style or heel strike first??

when you skip generally you are toe/ ball of foot first thus putting alot of strain on the calf and heel cord.

I want to perform all oly lifts with good form, I'm not even fussed if it's With The bar! I still cannot squat to full depth as my hips and ankles have such more mobility, but I'm getting there :-)
