I will say for me seeing a Sherk caveman clip on Youtube was a big factor in making me open to do CF...(it was sort of like Fight Gone Bad.) I realized my typical BB split part/LSD cardio workouts...

I guess you can call it that...from going from a quivering hallucinating ball of pain to at least I can now tie my shoes after a WOD without assistance.

In my personal experience I did not add extra work till week 18 of CF as it took me that long to adjust to things...

Rachel...from a guy who hates to take medicine...take something at night so your throat does not keep you awake, like cough medicine or something..if you are not sleeping it will impede your recovery.

If I am at death's door, no workout.

If it is a bad cold/mild flu I will look at the WOD and do one warm up set and one work set of each movement,...

I love CF, I am in week 21 and getting great results in everything...except pullups.

Some background: I was never good at them but I was doing 8 dead hangs palms in and 5 or so palms out before CF....
