What should I buy at Lululemon?

My client gave me a $40 gift card to Lululemon for my birthday.

I'm thinking I should get shorts. Any suggestions? Doesn't have be shorts, either.

Thanks!

using spotter arms w/ Rogue S-4 H-base indie squat stand?

Has anybody tried this?

I believe Rogue would advise against this, but I'd like to hear some opinions and personal experiences.

Re: golfers elbow/medial epicondylitis: What can/should/shouldn't I do?

I've been trying to improve my wrist and shoulder rotation ROM. That may have helped a little, but the tightness is still there.

Wrist push ups seem to temporarily alleviate the pain, but that...

Re: golfers elbow/medial epicondylitis: What can/should/shouldn't I do?

I'm a little unclear as to what the cause of this is.

Is it overuse from constantly gripping?

Is it that I have disproportionately weak grip strength and need, as Andrew suggests, to strengthen my...
