Re: 500m row times

Re: 500m row times

Also, does the PM3 display the "best" 500m in a given distance? (e.g., if my 200m to 700m contained my...

Re: CrossFit WOD Shorts

Yes, I am aware of them. I mentioned in my post that I bought a pair from them, that are identical to 2POOD...but wanted to know where THEY got them from.

CrossFit WOD Shorts

I'm attempting to find the main vendor (not necessarily the actual manufacturer, but at least the main distributor) of the popular WOD shorts that many companies are using (and claiming as their...

Re: Pre-workout supplements

And even better when paired/stacked with Beta Alanine. I personally take Beast Creature creatine (though is a bit pricey). And Optimum Nutrition beta alanine.

On another note,

For Creatine, people...

Re: 1000lbs club CrossFit Total

Yes, CrossFit's press for the Total is standing. While I prefer a seated press, I haven't done any since starting CrossFit.

This is an old article about the "rules" of the CrossFit Total (from...

Re: Essential supplements?

I just upped my "stack". I recently added Creatine back to the mix (it's been a few years since I've taken it). And I also added Beta-Alanine after doing some research on it. Those two go...

Re: Progenex worth the price?

Progenex is definitely over priced (because they can be, because of all the marketing they do to the CrossFit crowd). Also, do a little research on the company, and you'll find they aren't...
