6 minute mile. I would love to get closer to 5, but that would definitely require some specific training.

I have long legs which really helps out my mile time.

Do you eat the canned salmon plain or do you mix it? I eat the canned Trader Joe's salmon occasionally, but have a hard time choking it down b/c it is so salty.
