Loosing the false grip

Any advice on how to reset the false grip when coming down from the bottom of the dip position? Right now I often have to hit the ground and reset the false grip rather then keep the movement...

handstand push-up help

Any pointers, tips, suggestions on how to drill handstand push-ups? For the WOD the other day I had to do them with my belly facing the wall as opposed to the rx'd way of back to the wall.
