And to answer your original question; Yes, i have been doing bodybuilding along with crossfit WOD's. Very similar to your split, CF in the morning (3-5 times a week) and bodybuilding in the night...

Chris, basically what I meant was that I don't eat foods that would spike my insulin, no sugar, no grains, sweet potatoes at night and thats about it. Striaght paleo unless im trying to gain weight.
