Plywood + carpet... boom done.

I thought with as specific as they(USAPL/IPF) are with everything else that would be the same with the platform, but not the case.

Because after doing some timing on plate changes it's going to take approx 16 seconds +/-3 to take a 25lb plate off and replace it with a 45.

Alex for straight weight I would say wave 70,75,80% or 75,80,85%. Remember those are just guidelines though. It needs to be fast. I've had people go as low as 50-60% because even at 70% the speed...

Rep test day was rough. Had a guy hit 225 for 32 reps. His max is 330. One girl hit 200 x 20 and another hit 205 for 25 reps.

Barbell complexes seem to have the biggest impact on her lifts. 2 years ago she tweaked her wrist really bad catching a clean so anytime we are over 90% she hesitates. But doing complexes I think...

For Oly lifts, yes. 90% + with the slow lifts is way more taxing on the body. So 3-5 is recommended.
