So been zonin/paleo for a while now. Been thinking of giving up the weighing and measuring...too strict and crazy? swapping it for just paleo. my goals are just to be fit,thin, healthy and happy....

How much fat do you eat? I've learned....through Robb Wolfe's Nutrition cert and trial and error....its all about the fat. Try logging into fitday, and see the percents. Zoners and Xfitters/Athletes...

I am about the same size you are and did the same thing for a powerlifting competition. I upped my fat, and became stronger than I have ever been. See how you feel , you may even want to up it to 13...

Okay thanks...giving it a try. So I even to lean out its better to up the fat a bit still? This zone stuff is so bizzare but I can tell it works...its funny how there is a lot of tweaking involved.

snack help

An ideas? need some good 2 blockers. Cottage cheese w/ fruit and nuts and yogurt w/ nuts seem to be mainly what I've been eating. Need things I can take in tupperware to work etc. Any help...
