I had my TKA checkup last month, Ortho Doctors said, no displacement outstanding range of motion see you in 3 years
Looks great

I received a Eleiko Olympic WL Belt several Christmas's ago it works for me, + 1 for Best Belts. I would get an inexpensive belt to see if it works for you

Yes I can run but it is discouraged; overuse by running, (training for a 5k) jumping and lifting heavy cause’s wear and tear on the chromium, cobalt and polymers. I run depending on the WOD 4 x 100’s...

Since my total knee replacement and running is not advised. I do sled drags for runs that are 200 meters or less, load it heavy and don't run with them, drag them.
