Yeah Steven, I knew that, but I was wondering, since that noise started after a difficult workout, if it was a sign of a some kind of condition. ( I really hope not)

Don't know, on the Pignatti site only a barbell will cost you 600, a single 10kg bumper will be 90. I think...

Hi david, Pignatti was one of the brand I evaluated when I was around for buying my oly barbell. Discarded for just one reason, too expensive.

I'm doing coach rut MEBB from his blog right now (A couple weeks behind) I'm not eating any different, but I noticed my shoulders and legs are getting bigger, and there's no noticeable fat increase....

If your budget allows it get them both, you'll learn about the lifts and about programming at the same time. (even about how to include pullups in your regimen ;)).

I my opinion I think it's an equipment issue. As Gavin already said , chances are if you're not training at an affiliate (or any other kind of gym), you don't have a rower around in the house
