The closest box is probably in Aberdeen tbh (although it looks pretty good I haven't been yet) - pretty few and far between around those parts.

I bumped in to a lad doing CF in one of the gyms in York over the Christmas break (visiting my in-laws) - he was working out of Emperors (I think). It was a not bad place to work out for CF as UK...

Just wanted to say thanks again for the hand wraps tips. Sorted myself out a pair and it's a whole different experience. Enjoyed a nice 7 rounds of 1min row 1min bag on 10 secs changeover. Good fun

yes and no - the statement you make is true - you need carbs for fuel in rugby, no question IMO. the carbs they suggest however are pretty cr4p though.
