Is he holding the bar back too far? Maybe it's just the camera angle but it looks to me like the bar is behind the center of gravity. Like quite a ways behind his heels. It kinda naturally...

Just trying to get into running. We'd like to run a 5k at some point this summer.

Been a little lazy the last couple days too. No lifting, just some running and a couple bike rides w/ the baby...

.93mile run...really wish it would have been a full mile, I think I had my May goal of 10:00. Time was 9:08 which for the .93mi was a 9:49 average pace.

Not sure if it's what your "supposed" to do, but I bring my hands a little closer when I do the high bar. Seems to help squeeze the traps for a little more padding.
