:yeahthat: and if you read the book, it says to do your bench/press, then your auxilary movements, and then your squat/deadlift. save the big lifts for last so they don't hinder your other lifts.

don't worry about figuring it off your maxes. find a weight where you can do 2x5, 1x10(ish) and go from there

we got up to 55lbs 4x25 and i only put about a half an inch on my neck. definately got stronger, but didnt really get bigger

doing that many wod's won't give your body time to recover from the strength training and you will end up resetting a lot more often. depending on your body's recovery time, i dont think the gslp 2...

since we have reset everything except bench, we decided to switch to the rotating lift program from the 2nd edition. also, we are adding 2 sets of 12-8 shrugs and 1 set of 8-12 calf raises....

-squats and deadlift stay the same. you should be squatting 2 times a week and deadlifting 1 day. the bench/curl, press/chin is done in a a,b,a b,a,b format.

as of right now we walk/lift sat, tues, and thurs and run on mon, wed. we just started incorporating conditioning following the book, but i was wondering if it would hurt/benefit to do conditioning...
