After using my Kettle Bell about a dozen times I must admit my initial fears were unfounded. Keeping the handle clean and concentrating on grip is all you need to keep the bell in your hands

Awesome I think grib strength may be the issue, I got a great email from Rogue outlining pro'd and cons of different bells as well as knurling. I'll keep you posted on how I make out:)

I go solo, get a camera that records video and post ont he coaching forum, I find this helps ALOT, also make sure to keep good logs, competing against past performances is a great motivator

CF Warmup (15 Mins) + CF Wod (10-45 Mins) + Cooldown/Stretching (15 Mins) = 40 -70 Minute Workout

This is well rounded and more often than not leans closer to an hour in the gym for a 3 on 1 off...
