the fact that Mendes hbbs 800lbs WITH NO BELT, and bounces and nails the lift is MUCH more impressive than the video chris posted who belted, and wrapped his knees. And Mendes is clearly more...

ha, gotcha. they generally will always extend over the toes tho. will never be completely vertical

thats a low bar squat tho. completely different

im not sure if you are trying to discredit mendes olympic squat by saying the bounce is cheating. the bounce is in fact NOT cheating.

I'm pretty sure vertical shins is almost near impossible in a high bar squat.

Knees in front the toes is the optimal position in HBBS
