That would make more sense. A lot more agility and change of direction involved in that.

So, if THAT is the test, then I think my suggestion would be perfectly fine, except in the mornings 2-3...

I think your program would be remiss without deadlifts and pressing, even if they are not directly involved in the test. These lifts will supplement your others and aid your progress. I'd go for 2:1...
