Re: RockTape Knee Caps are out.

If you look in the pics I think they put in descriptions. Red are the ones that look red and silver the Manifesto seem to be the ones with Rocktape written multiple times.

What is the...

Re: What's the best degree for CF-Level 1 Cert

I would also toss some Psychology in there. I am looking at pursuing a masters in Sports Psyc after my degree. Understanding the mind and how to motivate people would also go a long way. If you could...

Re: How can I decrease strength loss in the legs

You are bang on. About a month ago my back felt completely pain free (it was an illusion). I was doing pistols and during my final rep re-aggravated my back to a point that was worse than I have ever...

Re: My Garage Gym Before and After

I thought this thread closed, I had re-done it as a "log" of sorts here: http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=57552&page=17 (WFS) You can see the transformation of the gym from minimal...

Re: How can I decrease strength loss in the legs

Thanks for the reply. In response to being weary of forum advice, I like to think I know a respectful amount about physiology, the body (and my body) and feel that I can tell good advice from advice...

Re: Nano 3.0

I have been walking around in mine all day. I have some WIDE feet so these are great. I am still undecided as to whether I like the 2.0's or the 3.0's more. So far they are pretty much even in...

How can I decrease strength loss in the legs

Was not sure whether or not I should post this in Injuries or Exercise section. In the injury section I had a post talking about having Disc herniation's in L4/L5, L5/S1. I am looking for some...

Re: Nano 3.0

Edit: Even though the two colours are absolute eye-sores, I bought a pair to test out.

Re: Lock-Jaw Elite Collars

I have heard of these breaking by SO many people. I have had 4 sets of them since 2010 that have been used and abused with significant weight on the bar. Dropped thousands of times with no issues....

Re: Lovely little cocktail of ailments!

Re: Garage Gym vs CF Box

Good decision! I was relatively wasteful with my money and got things that I did not need (mainly for the plan of training with friends and family). I think you would be fine with just the stall mats...

Re: Lovely little cocktail of ailments!

I just went and had some A.R.T done with some Nerve Flossing exercises. This has gotten rid of some of the pain and has loosened a few tights spots up slightly. I decided to be proactive and pay out...

Re: 1 Lifetime. 5 Movements. Choose Wisely.

If it is specific lifts/exercises I would go with:
1) Clean and Jerk
2) Snatch
3) Squat
4) Muscle Ups
5) Running

Pretty much covers anything required to win at life.
