the reason for the whey shake is convenience just because of my schedule for the most part it sometimes is very easy to just whip up a shake and be done with it. What would you suggest for that snack...

My workouts vary because of my work schedule with the military. Some days its at 7 am, sometimes its around noon, and other days its sometime from 5-8 pm. Unfortunately its very hard to become...

My bad thats bf%. So obviously taking the chicken down to about 8 oz per day instead of per meal is a good start. What else would you add or change to the lunch and dinner portions to help balance it...
