The deadlift was quite fine, did it with about 66lbs, it was quite easy but I need to work on my flexibility.

Do crossfit sessions hard enough that is with high intensity, and it would teach you mental toughness in the best way there is. (except the army or a few other things lol).

When putting the bar on my shoulders, when it doesn't slip, it really goes hard against my neck, and it feels like ****, is it natural and just a matter of flexibility?

Well I got an inclined bench stand, yet back squatting can kill you doing it there.
