30-Day Burpee Challenge - Increase Endurance

I'm hosting a 30-Day Burpee Challenge to prepare athletes for the 2015 CrossFit Games Open.

I had shin splints pain (is that the correct way to state it?) consistently after running, box jumps, or jumping rope, basically any impact. I didn't seek medical help for it, but it has gone away...

I've been working on my ankle mobility and it has helped me so much on my squat. I can keep my chest raised more which eliminates some back pain, and I can lift more as well. It's a great thing all...

We primarily print on those for our shirts at LVL1...
