Started off with 315 on DL but after the first ten relized that with that weight the workout would take me 30min to finish, so I cut it down and was a lot...

Injury Recovery Log

Suffered from a bulging disk in my lower, it fixed itself luckily but I was out for almost a year. Since then deployed and figured step one too not feeling sorry for myself was to get my strength...
