Uugghhh...I didn't feel at all motivated to work out. I did a 3 mile walk/run which ended up being a lot more walking than running. I just wasn't feeling it today :(

I think it was a combination of interval and marathon shoveling!

Walking long distances counts as well, I'm just sorry that it hasn't been done in more comfortable shoes!

1 Pull-up (substituted 10 sit ups)
4 Push-ups
7 Squats

11 rounds + 10 sit ups, and 3 push-ups
