Wed- Long warm up-
20 cal rowing- 7+ efforts starting 2:30 pace going down to 1:42 pace
Glute ham raises in the middle of the efforts- 4,6,8,10,12 of them.

Hammer press with kb- 18# to 44# right...

Monday - rowing, hammie, glute ham raises, bird feeders, shoulder stretch and mobility. So basically the normal warm up.

Yes the clean is coming along. The snatch is also.. just need more time to get used to the switch. But I see it being more efficient and more reliable for reps.
Just need to sure up the muscles...
