yes, deload means rest the body... any running should be the very LSD type just for recovery and activity only.

funny, when I asked her about the injury and I mentioned kipping and gymnastics, she didn't disagree....

I would be hard pressed to find ANY rehab specialist that says kipping is a better rehab than...
