Re: Gslp

Good to know I'm not out in left field with this one. Looks like I will switch to the two sets of three and the AMRAP. It seems like too little volume though, I'm surprised he didn't add another set...

Re: Gslp

Good to know. I'm not doing them because I first want to see how my shoulder holds up to the GSLP routine. I have subacromial impingement but it has been feeling better so I have recently resumed...

Re: Gslp

I'm doing GSLP but not the FM pull-ups or push-ups. I'm wondering about handstand practice. One of my goals is to eventually be able to do a free-standing handstand, when would it be good to practice...

Re: Gslp

I was thinking I would need to increase the calories, I work as a desk jockey but just moved to Philly so I'll be walking around more as well. I know I'm pretty underweight just for health reasons, I...

Re: Gslp

I can finally workout now that I have some medical issues and injuries mostly under control, so I want to do a modified version of this. My current limitations are that I have subacromial impingement...

Re: Gslp

Why are you doing chest press with a machine? Wouldn't doing dumbbell bench press with light weights be more beneficial since machines have a set movement path and do not allow people to use their...

Re: Gslp

I did exactly what you describe since I'm currently dealing with patella femoral syndrome; I added curls to A and rows to B. Just make sure to warm up properly, I'm not working out at all right now...
