New CFT PRs!

After 2 months of CFSB / CF, I tested my times on Fran and Elizabeth and did a CFT this week. Next week I start my next 3-month workout cycle.

CFT

Squat: 305 PR
Press: 145 PR
Deadlift: 330 PR...

Chris, I am not testing them on back to back days.

Katherine, I don't have access to a rower... sucks. I scattered a few SDHP Wods throughout the workout to compensate - it's the best I can do.

Try popping a caffeine pill. 1 Vivarin (or generic store brand) = 1 cup of coffee, without the bloating. I workout at 6am, too, and hate drinking or eating before my workouts.
