I actually already took the entrance physical exam so I could dedicate 3 months to strength work and then transition into CFFB.

I used to do that but then I actually compared the ingredients and determined the small amount of extra fat really can't be any worse than the science experiment that is turkey bacon.

I really enjoyed "The Road"....I will admit that while reading it I kind of had similar feelings to yours and it does get repetitive in the middle but after mulling it over for a while I saw there...
