Chris,
I would say caving in. It is not extremely dramatic, but I fear that I cant go heavier without figuring this out. I can't even feel it, but my spotters shout at me every time I really go heavy.

I am having it on Tuesday along with a hysterectomy. I will let you know how it goes. My doctor told me no lifting at all for 8 weeks, so it seems I will pretty much be a disaster when I am back up...

Update: Thanks for all the advice! I have been doing CFFB and loving it. I also got rid of my scale, got my bf% measured in a bodpod to use for a benchmark instead of weight, and started eating more....
