Loss of Elasticity (spring) in my Achilles?

It seems like when I run and do double unders my feet are feeling too heavy. I get almost no bounce in my step or jump. I watch the other athletes on these movements and they seem to get more recoil...

At 49 it is my highest priority. Without it you are underpotentialized and vulnerable to injury. I am 20 to 40 minutes evert day. Occasionally I'll do an hour long recovery class.

For whatever it's worth, I did, and still do, nearly everything people have listed above before I tried adding the post workout carbs. Natural Calm (Magnesium). Plenty of D3. Sleep. High protein....
