FWIW I had the exact same symptons and thought it had to be a piriformis problem and went the PT route. After a few sessions and tests he recommended an MRI and sure enough it was a herniated...

I have a TAPS system in my garage. It is adjustable. I had the welds shored up and it has withstood anything I've thrown at it. Works great!

I have a herniated disc and I just got a reverse hyper from Rogue. How should I incorporate it in my daily workouts? Reps, weight vs. no weight etc. Thanks!

This won't affect your strength gains from the ME lift. Hit your strength move and then do a metcon that includes one or more assistance moves complimentary to whatever ME excercise you...
