Re: What did you buy on Black Friday?

I picked up a set of Vulcan's new "Training Kettlebells." Pairs of 8kg-24kg. I'm really excited to get them.

We have pairs of Rogue's traditional style bells from 4kg-32kg (the 24's are Punch,...

Re: new KB design by Rogue

I really appreciate the video. I can see how they would be a good replacement for a dumbbell, but still don't think they're what I'd want for kettlebell training.

Caveat, I train with...

Re: new KB design by Rogue

They look completely ridiculous when marketed as a kettlebell. I can't imagine how you'd properly snatch one. Just a quick look through the pics to see the guy "swinging" one tells you everything...

What can I do with a SLAP tear?

Hi all

After a few weeks of shoulder pain, I decided to go in to have things examined. The doctor is the best sports medicine doctor in town and deals with these things often as the team doctor for...

Re: Running Shoes

+1 on the gait analysis. Whenever I tried running in my minimal shoes, it'd be pretty brutal on my feet and I'd be limping around for a day or two. My left foot pronates heavily. I ended up in a...

Re: ADER Ketllebells

I have Ader at home, and my affiliate has a huge array of Dragon Door. I prefer the feel of the Ader, but don't have nearly as much time with it as it sounds like some of the others here do. The...

Re: The Outlaw Way

Different views, obviously. But yes, I do work with people because I like who they are as human beings, and I stop working with people who I don't want to support. Compartmentalization isn't the way...

Re: The Outlaw Way

I'm interested in the character of my coaches. These are only allegations, but I'd want some clarification about why he's being led out of his gym in cuffs and alleged of beating up a woman if I was...

Re: Again faster vs rogue GHD

I had the Rogue. Had to sell it when we moved from a house to an apartment. If you've ever been able to handle their racks, it's made out of the same stuff. Super heavy duty with very comfortable,...

Re: Just purchased the R-3, some questions

Re: Rogue Abram GHD for sale in CA

Well, with shipping to CA that setup is $620, so I'd say $450. It was also purchased this past spring.

Re: Rogue Abram GHD for sale in CA

Matt, I learned today that the garage we'll be getting is only 8' tall, meaning that my S-3 with Dirty South also has to go. Is that something you might need?

Rogue Abram GHD for sale in CA

We're downsizing to a one car garage and need to sell our relatively new Rogue GHD. It was purchased in April and is absolutely in like new condition.

We're in Fresno, CA. They're $790 total...

Re: the x-functional short

I worked out in my MMA shorts for a few years. It was a love/hate kind of thing. I loved the range of motion, but hated that they'd roll under a foam roller or get caught in the seat of the rower. ...
