I saw a video on youtube in which Dan Bailey gives tips on double unders and it has helped me a lot. I used not be able to do them but now I have no problems.

I started doing Crossfit in March and my numbers were pretty weak, but I managed to improve a bit

C&J: 135-175
Back squat: 225-275
Deadlift: 285-335

Just curious as to which is more beneficial, drink a shake or eat a meal? I've had people tell me it's better to drink a shake after a workout, and yet some tell me it's better to have a good meal...
