Re: Gymnastic Skill / Strength Template

True. But if you are in need of, or interested in, serious leg strength work, then this template would be better. The Killroy70 template had NO leg strength included, even as skill work. And there...

Re: Gymnastic Skill / Strength Template

Yes, and it is strong template as well. However, I found it took to much time. For example, Killroy recommends practicing 4 different skills each day, for 10 sets each. After a simple warm-up,...

Re: Fastest way to RX

This thread was designed to 'test the waters' and see if there was an audience for this type of programming. Since I have had a number of people on this forum and others respond, I figured I would...

Re: Fastest way to RX

There is no website that could ever be a substitute for good coaching. I would never attempt to replace one-on-one, personalized advice and direction with something online. I have 12 years worth of...

Re: Fastest way to RX

Actually, at this point I'm just planning on a free forum, similar to other programmers. If customization was necessary (special circumstances, lack of equipment), I might charge to do additional...

Re: Intervals for 1.5 miles

There are different viewpoints on the 5k tempo. Traditional endurance runners would make their weekend run slow, but it would be a whole lot longer than 5k. CrossFit would most often say to run...

Re: Intervals for 1.5 miles

If the run is the only test you have to improve upon, then you will make the best progress by dedicating 3 days per week to running. You should probably try to post a sub 10 min time for the...
