so here it would be 10 heavy sets of doubles.

100 DL's straight through are going to wreck you (and your lower back) too.

both in conjunction with only a 10min break will mess you up pretty bad....

I'd say there are a lot more hero WOD's, which takes away a bit of the scariness of those monsters.
Feels more like "just another" long WOD....
