Thursday- watched the announcement when rowing. Not a let down but was thinking it would have some new part besides the hang clean and jerk db.

Total rowing 4k last night. Did some work with the DB....

I don't know what the other 4 workouts are going to be but if I had expectations of something crazy or new this would have been a let down.

One arm hang clean and jerk with some t2b and rowing....

Did some minor workouts stuff on Monday. Row 4k etc. C2B, wall balls, dumbell snatches.. My heart beat was off the chart and my body was saying Body is not ready. Down to 8.5k rowing...

Yes each year they tout something new but it boils down to the same gear because everyone needs access to it. They added db last year so that was different. They can add shuttle sprints, pistols,...

took off Thurs, Friday and Sat.
Sunday went to the AA meeting.

Warm up total row 5,600 meters. Way behind. About 10k.

Some mu practice 1 then 2. And some ghd.

Hacking half of the night. Finally...

Wed workout rowed 4k think that I am 4600 in the deficit.

Warm up shoulders, hammies, abs..

185# clean and jerks for 5 min.
First min 8 reps was ok.
Rest of the time rubbish.. form broke down....

Holding up ok. I think that this year it will be if the workouts suit me and my style then will be good. My intensity is hard to get a hold of. Missing that switch.

Tuesday active recovery 2800 row. 5800 deficit. Glad that I will get a chance to row a bunch tonight.

Warm up shoulders, hip circle, glute ham raises, etc. Good warm up.

Deadlift. Most things felt good and light until then did not.

Friday AM rowed 2k while picking up my Territory food. 9000 in the hole.

Friday PM- rowed another 2800 meters.

OHS 95# practice. un broken 5/10/15/20/25 reps with about :90 rest.

Did some burpee...

Thursday- 600 meter warm up row. Hip circle, glute ham raises, shoulder warm up, bird feeders.. etc.

Then db squat snatch to warm up hips and shoulders- 10-80# the 80 was super easy on the right...

C4 pre-workout explosive energy with creatine nitrate

Im sure its been discussed many times. What are you thoughts on C4 made by Cellucor? Many of my gym mates do this. Does it have any banned substances?

Would love to hear some of the chemist rule...

Owe 6050 meters.

No gym Friday or Saturday. Just did not feel like going. Still under the weather.

Sunday was a good day- AA meeting then about 40 min worth of rowing, ghd's and mu.
