Try some Squat therapy facing the wall with an overhead PVC. If your hips are not the tight spot I would think its more than likely a shoulder and lat tightness that needs stretched and rolled...

Very true aerobic exercise and anarobic exercise are very different and the preferred source of energy for anarobic is fed from stored glycogen. The body can only store X amount of glycogen...

I believe that Dare is more than likely using fat for his primary energy source rather than Carbs.

That Bullet proof coffee alone probably has close to 1000 Kcal, at least I know mine does. If he is taking in other fat from the Avacado Cheese and other fats it shoud be pretty easy to get to...

Try some spray, or roll, on bed liner if you want something with a little more grip than rustoleum spray paint. Will probably last a lot longer but might not be very kip friendly.

I have found the best to fix this is face a wall and bring your feet closer and closer while squatting. The wall will force you to keep your chest up and knees out.
