Do you happen to be sensitive to aspirin? Aspirin and broccoli (and a host of other vegetables, fruits and nuts) both contain salycilic acids in differing amounts that may be the cause.

The only bad yogurt is if there's visible mold on it, which is likely to occur only on pasteurized dead yogurt. If you bought the live culture yogurt, you've basically bought an ongoing fermentation...
