F the zone, if you wanna muscle up and increase performance eat well or as they say "clean" no table sugars processed foods etc... Eat until you feel full and stop counting blocks stuff doing that...

Sorry eric that question could of been for any set lol i meant the sets for your main lifts bench,deads etc etc

Also i been doing vc1 as presribed i do 3x22 every minute and rest a min 5/6 times...

Yeah the fm is great I reckon, in the past week I been doing the burpee challenge and in one week I already got two more reps in my normal time!
