100km Row Relay - 10 person

I think it would be cool if each affiliate performed a 100km 10 person relay race. Dang it would be hard, but if these high school kids can do it.

Intervals worked for me.

I would do it on the treadmill. The TM worked for me because I had instant feedback on speed and time.

I would run the first mile fairly slow - say 10minutes/6mph. ...
