I have been doing CF for three months. I was not doing anything before then. I do the CF only, I am not in any other sports or train. But I do the WOD everyday. There are some WOD's...

For tues. WOD, used seated bench dids, went all the way to the floor, finshed WOD under 20 min 19:59:93. I love this stuff. Did lifts as required.

Sub For L pull ups

Hey gang,

I am still am having a hard time with pull ups. What is a good sub for "L pull ups" You see I am still a little to heavy to do pull ups right, so I am using jumping pull ups.

Nasty girls are real nasty. Kicked my butt. I had to use 90 lbs for the hang clean
subbed pull ups 28 and dips 28 for 7 muscle ups

Did not work out on Fri. I was moving 50 lbs boxs down from my office to the trash cans. I was able to throw each box to the trash. Had a good work out. Looking forward to do Nasty girls or Mon. WOD....
