Totally agree with Brian...you can absolutely LOVE CrossFit and suck at the business end of things and you will fail...eventually. You can't ignore the fact that you are starting a 'business'....

Don't give up your day job! Going into our third year. First year, client base grew so big had to expand within the year. Expansion ate any profit I would have made last year. Probably will take this...

I personally had this problem when I first started DUs. At my age, I'm lucky a body part doesn't fall off every time I CrossFit! Use the restroom before starting, contract and hold during jumping...

Mine are not interlocking, they are heavy...but..they do slide once in awhile and we just kick them back. 18mm is right about 3/4" inches. I think interlocking should be great!

As long as you have no curvature or rotation of the spine (have your physio check), one hip higher than the other or pain etc... I would continue training as normal and add some focus on...
