Yeah man I want to be about 175-180 but ~10-12% body fat. As of last night I was up to 170.8 and ~14.5% BF...so I'm getting closer to my goal. As far as how quick I want to get there...I don't expect...

Lol...dude that's rough! I've never had raw egg, I've always thought it was bad for you and risky as well. I guess if it works for you then go for it. A little update about myself, since I've started...

Yeah that's my goal. I stopped by Starbucks this morning and picked up on of their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches which has ~500 calories. Ate that on top of the bagel and shake this morning....

Thank you for your response! I will give the hearty breakfast a try. I think in order for me to actually be able to eat the meal would be to pre make it. Just cook it the night before...

Okay right on. Yeah, I definitely notice a change when I don't eat AT LEAST 2800 calories, I'm tired and hungry throughout the day. But, if I eat around 3000 to maybe 3500 I notice a change in energy...
