.1 mile uphill, about 50' elevation climb
.3 mile at race pace
.3 recovery

1.5 mile cooldown

The past three days have been busy with marching band. I am going to rest the weekend. Cross country starts on Monday.

Was on vacation in Colorado from 8/3 to 8/10. Lots of running, swimming and hiking while we were there. Enough to burn off all of the high calorie restaurant meals.

Getting comfortable in the correct bottom position takes practice everyday. Practice it when you wake up, when you lift and before you go to bed. Soon it will feel natural.
