Are you serious?! You must think that the people that you see in the normal gym are "bodybuilders" (those are not bodybuilders "chap"), well bodybuilders for metcons don't do 5 minutes on tread mill...

the xtreme rings are 55$ for a few days remaining, when the book comes out it goes up to 7-something. You can also make your own rings though, PVC.

I think a lot of you need to remember. Crossfit and Bodybuilding are very similar.
In bodybuilding:
There are supersets, triplesets, and giantsets.
supersets are 2 exercises performed back to back...

Indeed they are like 2 different exercises. But My only problem is that most people only get like half an inch of chin above the bar. not even head, only chin. I mean... At least get the head above...

Also do NOT go into the iron cross or attempt it straight out of the bat, Take it slowly. This move can injure your elbows, etc very quickly if you do something messy and or you are not ready for it.
